At Advice-Only Financial, we recognize that the privacy of your personal information is important. Here is information on what types of personal information we receive and collect when you use or visit Advice-Only Financial, and how we safeguard your information. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Email Address
When you contact us using the contact form, or when you request an advisor search and screening, we can see your email address. We will use it to communicate with you. We do not use your email address for marketing or disclose your email address to any third party unless required by law.
Personal Information Given In Search and Screening Request
When you request an advisor search and screening, we ask for your name, your email address, your mobile phone number, your metro area, and your needs and preferences for an advisor. We will share with advisor candidates only your first name, your metro area, and what you need from the advisor to determine whether you are a good fit for the advisor’s services. Your last name, your email address, and your mobile phone number are not shared with the advisor candidates or anyone else.
When you receive the search and screening results, you are in full control as to which advisor candidate you will contact and when. No one else will contact you because they don’t have your contact information.
Payment Information
When you pay us for the advisor search and screening service, we again ask for your email address in order to match your payment to your request and send you a receipt for your payment. The payment information you enter, such as your credit card or debit card number, does not pass through our server. It goes directly to our secure payments provider.
